 | Cutting Machines OF.ME.R. produces a big range of cutting machines for concrete reinforcing steel bars at different thicknesses and resistances. C22 CUTTING MACHINES - LIGHT AND PRACTICAL For small requirements (cutting bars with max. Ø 20 mm ) the C22 Cutting machine is ideal - available in both single-phase and three-phase versions. It provides all the compact features and reliability of OF.ME.R cutting machines, but is small and light and therefore easy to handle, thanks too to a special steering bar and two rear rubber wheels. Takes up very little room (71 x 40 x h. 69 cm ). A must for any worksite! 'EURO' CUTTING MACHINES - SIMPLE AND COMPACT The 'Euro' Cutting machine, the latest addition to the OF.ME.R range and the first of a new series of machines. Featuring all the safety devices and structural characteristics of standard cutting machines, but with a simplified construction. Easy to handle, thanks to a special steering bar and two rear rubber wheels. Available in the following models: C30 single-phase - C30 three-phase - C36 three-phase. C42 & C52 CUTTING MACHINES - PRECISE AND VERSATILE The C42 and C52 cutting machines are OF.ME.R's best selling model abroad, above all in developing countries where major public works are under way such as dams and bridges. The C42 and C52 cutting machines feature large cutting capacity and the extra strength provided by the superior-quality materials common to all OF.ME.R products.  | Bending and Combined Machines BENDING MACHINES OF. ME. R boasts a broad range of machines for bending rod irons for reinforced concrete. These are very sturdy iron bending units, designed for high productivity and usable from both sides, for the greater comfort of the user. Special hardened steel gears and pinions constantly operate in oil bath in a sturdy reduction gear casing. The Telemecanique switchboard is enclosed in a sturdy metal box and is thus protected against any knocks and blows. COMBINED MACHINES These rod-bending units feature a cutter welded on one side, designed to cut and bend bars for reinforced concrete. An affordable and compact combined unit, ideal for smaller worksites. Important: The combined units have not been designed to cut and bend iron at the same time. Gears and pinions made of special hardened steel feature continuous oil-bath operation inside a sturdy reduction gear casing.
