     Creaminess Chocolate Automated Production Line Equipment Creaminess Chocolate Automated Production Line Equipment

Features: This equipment is specifically designed for automated production of creaminess chocolate and consists of following sections:

Mixing: The cooked mixture of maltose and sugar, peanuts and powder milk fed into the mixing bowl is well whisked, beated and kneaded here and the stored here warm and ready for next process.
Sheet Rolling: Mixture passes Sheet Rollers one of which is a water-cooling cylinder appropriately positioned by adjustment to gain the desired thicknes of the mixture sheet.
Cooling & Solidifying: The rolled mixture sheet is then loaded on the cooling conveyor and cooled efficiently to become solidified.
Slitting & Cutting: The solid sheet is then slitted circumferentially with the slitter upon receipt of your request with the chocolate strip specification the desired slitters will be available.). Next, the strips are cut by the cutter in the transverse direction at a desired interval (for the desired length of chocolate candy which can be adjusted as you like.)
Chocolate Coating: The chocolate candies are separated and loaded on chocolate dressing coating section for coating.
Cooling and Discharging: Upon completion of coating, the chocolated coated candies are loaded on cooling conveyor and then cooled down and discharged through the exit. The creaminess chocolate candies are ready for packing.

These sections are completely available from this equipment for maximum cost-effectiveness and minimum efforts.

Functions: Offering considerably enhanced quality and productivity of Creaminess Chocolate production with fully automated production line operations eliminating contamination caused by worker's hands touching candies.
