Now we have a factory of more than 1,000 squre meters and 10 SMT manufacture lines with 23 people for each line, along with testing equipments like wave solder plug-in lines, test & aging rooms, assembling & packing lines schemed for our factory. Our productivity is 20,000 pcs / month for VoIP phones, 10,000 pcs / month for network / ethernet switches, media converters, etc. We insist that, the quality and the price of our products must be balanced, we trust that " quality the life ", " price the gate " . Our warranty policy is: One Year, the expire date be from the date of delievery. This is our promise, we did fulil our promise to our clients. For example, once there was a European client who bought our fast network switch STE-324-P, while it was broken in warranty period. As soon as we were rmed of the issue, we promised the client that when he place the next order, the replacement will be sent along with the bulk. He placed the order two month later, and we fulfilled our promise at that time. In our opinion, it is quite a good way to send the replacement to our client as it saves lots of shipping cost. Due to the good quality of our products and the excellent reputation of our company, our products gained quite a good market share in China.
