 | Italian Focacce F-001 FOCACCE: Delicious milk chapati very soft and with an unique scent, good like bread. Ingredients: water, flour 00, half skimmed milk, yeast, sunflower seed or olive oil. Conservation Temperature: -18°C (up to one year) Duration after defrosting: 2 days at +4°C (after defrosting, product cannot be frozen again) How to cook: Total defrost (can be done at room temperature for about 30 to 45 minutes). The focacce may also be placed frozen into the pre-warmed oven. First brush the product with olive oil, then place it in a pre-warmed oven at 250°C for 10-13 minutes. Packaging: The focacce are packed pre-cooked in boxes of 10 (ten) units, each weighting 400g, for a total of 4 Kg. per box. These boxes are packed in pallets containing each 63 boxes, or 630 focacce each, for a total weight of 252 Kg.
