.jpg) | Drug of Abuse Screen Test Kits DOA Panel Test Procedure Allow the test panel, urine specimen, and/or controls to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing. 1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test panel from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible. 2. Remove the cap from the end of the test card. With arrows pointing toward the urine specimen, immerse the strip(s) of the test card vertically in the urine specimen for at least 10-15 seconds. Do not pass the arrow(s) on the test panel when immersing the panel. See the illustration below. 3. Place the test card on a non-absorbent flat surface, start the timer and wait for the red line(s) to appear. The results should be read at 5 minutes. Specifications 1: test for IgG/IgM Ab and NS1 antigen 2: Specimen:Serum/Plasma/Whole blood Test Procedure 1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.Place the test device on a clean and level surface. 2. For IgG/IgM Test :Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 1 drop of specimen (approximately 10μl) to the specimen well(S) of the test device, then add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 70μl) and start the timer. See illustration below. 3. For NS1Test: - For serum or plasma specimen: Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 8~10 drops of serum or plasma (approximately 100μl) to the specimen well(S) of the test device, then start the timer. See illustration below. - For whole blood specimens: Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 drops of whole blood(approximately 35μl) to the specimen well(S) of the test device, then add 2 drops of buffer (approximately 70μl) and start the timer. See illustration below. 4. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes. | |||||

.jpg) | Pregnancy Test hCG Cassette/Strip/Midstream Stability 1.Store as packaged in the sealed pouched at room temperature (4-30℃). The kit is stable within the expiration date printed on the labeling. 2.Once open the pouch, the test cassette should be used within 2 hours. Prolonged exposure to ambient humidity will cause product deterioration. Test Procedure Read the entire procedure carefully prior to performing any tests. Allow test Cassette and urine samples to equilibrate to room temperature (20-30℃) prior to testing. 1.Remove the hCG pregnancy test cassette from foil pouch. Use cassette as soon as possible but within 1 hour after removal from pouch specially if the room temperature is more than 30℃ and in high humidity environment. 2.Draw the urine specimen using the dropper provided, and dispense 3 drops (approx. 0.1 mL) onto the sample well of the cassette (see diagram). 3.Wait for red lines to appear. The test should be read in approximately 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes. | |||||
