So, we can supply high quality products and reasonable prices. Usually, we do not process standard machinery parts, like bearings, chains, fasteners. We only produce non-standard parts that according to some customers' special drawings and samples. We have strong machining ability. We hope the order status is: For a kind of product, only a few sizes and each size quantity is much bigger annually. Also, our factories are more interested to process as this same characteristic that a few sizes and each size with large quantity for one part. Explanation: Suppose some part quantity is very small (like 2000 pcs or 20000 pcs) in one order, although our machining cost is cheap, its export procedure cost is high. It will influence total price. But, if some part's quantity is big, such as 1,000,000 pieces, (one million pcs) or more, our machining cost may be lower and, export procedure cost for each part is very low, production reachs an economic scale. Besides, our most manufacturers are more interested to produce big quantity machined components for one or seviral sizes of some part. So, if it is possible, we prefer to produce the part with large quantity. This case, please understand and consider. For example, every year, we can produce at least 6 million turned parts (small-middle size, like outer diameter <,= 200 mm, main is O.D < 100 mm), 5,000 tons precise cold rolled steel tubes, 4 million auto engine valve springs (including race car engine springs), 2 million suspension springs, 25 million steel tubular parts (bushings, sleeves, spacers) that clipless and burrless and chamfers, 2 million synchronizer gears, 3 million punched parts, and so on.
