01 Jewelry established in 2007 with 30 professionals, engineers & technicians with full facilities & technical library providing fast turnaround prototyping (14 days) from design concepts & sketches and at the same time generating a SOP (Standard Operation Process) for trouble-free manufacturing.  We also monitor the production of these products with punctual delivery schedule and good quality with RoHS standards. The customers' product proprietary and confidentiality are also our major concern.  In fact we have created over 1,000 designs in silver charms beads and many silver items for the leading brand name companies like Chamilia, Swaroski, and some Disney licensed items. Three major breakthroughs and milestones I would like to share with you are:-
1) we successful delivered 2 millions pcs silver products in 2011 with zero returns;  2) the quality control in stone setting scored 99.5% pass rate in the production line:  3) we achieve good anti-tarnish performance by the electrolytic neutralization process.
