UGI manufacturers bar mills, wire rod mill and section mills for angle, channel, beam and flats and narrow strip mill (upto 500mm). UGI has a technical collaboration with Sead Steel, Turkey to manufacture rolling mill to produce 5,00,000 tons per annum. The technology used is "SLIT ROLLING" which is a proven in European countries and a new concept in India, The technical collaboration includes technical backup for manufacturing, erection & commission and achieving target production of the designed mill. Our proposals are cost effective with reasonably short pay back & attractive ROI (Return On Investment), thus helping the rolling mills to attain better Quality standards with higher productivity & reduced cost of production. We design the plant on the basis of tonnage output and product mix desired, the size and type of input material and the extent of automation required by customer , be it a Strip mill , Wire Rod, Bar mill or Section Mill .We take special care to minimize operating cost by providing more and precise automation with minimum power utilization and manpower .
