  1,The material of the links is 20CrMnTi. The diameter of the steel bar of the links is from 12mm to 20mm.The inner diameter of the respective  links is 50mm.55mm,60mm,65mm(the
  maximum)
   And the link is neither casting nor forging. The steel mill directly makes the rolled steel ,then after our heat-treatment, we make the links .The size of the links is up to
   the wheel size.
  2 About the friction pieces, we quote you mainly based on the castings. We have developed successfully the forging years ago, however, the cost of the forging is 20% higher
  than the castings.
  3 About our casting working life, it depends on different working environment. Normally, the casting can work at least 3000 hours in general mining plant. Our Forging ,the
  working life is twice longer than the casting ,6000hours.For example, the working life of castings in quartz sandstone environment is 2000-2500 hours, for forging it is
  4000-5000 hours. But the life of castings in limestone  environment is 4000-16000hours,for forgings, it is 8000-32000hours.
  4 For every chain to be exported, we will send another 16 repair parts with the chain.

  The floor area of our company is 10000 square meters. We produce the TPC in both castings and forgings. We can make TPC with the different friction system according
  to buyers' request. Our TPC has been approved by the serious quality inspections and it cannot be deformed under 50 static tension intensity, the Rockwell hardness of
  the ground working surface is 52-58 degrees. Our TPC is widely used in quarrying, mining engineering, tunneling, road construction work etc. We exported our TPC to
