Fast-EZ High Ribbed Formwork, consisting of steel sheets formed into mesh and U pattern rib bone, will produce a surface with concrete which will bond directly to the next pour without any special treatment. The High Ribbed Formwork widely used in building construction to form retaining walls, columns, stopends, construction joints and used to support slab flooring.

FAST-RIBBED FORMWORK :

Alias:SM concrete from dismantling formwork, HY - RIB

Feature:better stress intensity and free form,easy installation

Material: hot-dipped galvanized steel according to BSEN 10142 P03GI + Fe 1991 FeP02GI Z275.

The nets and U sections are pressed and cutted by the high-tech computer automation machine. It is without contact resistance and strong tension.

Method of Construction:

1 It is sufficient that is equivalent to the center distance of 20mm plywood used.

3 Ribs must always toward to the side which are prepared to accept the pouring of concrete.

5 The edge of the formwork should be overlaped with each other to 150mm,and supported well.

6 Fast rib formwork can be used with all the supporting devices together. In order to save the time of the support of the demolition. And you can use the steel which is made of suitable shape to replace the common screw
