| About this company : My company is sourcing consultant firm. We do all quality control work by ourselves, such like supplier on site audit, ISIR (Initial sample inspection report), PPAP and packing, produce process and delivery. have done many projects for Europe companies.I successfully finished big casting steel parts (38 tons per part), big iron casting parts (counterweight 500Kgs to 12tons per part), rotation bearing (OD 6m) and gear box, steel fabrication for construction machine(cab, excavator,wheel and chassis), and other casting and machining parts like pulley and brake disc. I also did many forging parts like rod link, axle cover for truck. I am familiar with mold, big stamping part and sheet metal mold and tooling for car, have orgernized a big LCC project for an Italy company, for all of the mold of a new car. I also did plastic inject projects. I have good relationship with suppliers and can control quality for customer. | ||||||
