If your interest, you are more than welcome to contact us. City Mode is an import agent marketing fabrics to garment makers in Taiwan and mainland China on behalf of overseas suppliers. Our market is seasonal (spring/summer and autumn/winter) and mostly for the ladies' fashion sector. At present we are not dealing in furnishing fabrics or made-ups. We are interested in the fabrics, including both pure silk and mixed fibers - dupion, taffeta, organza, crepe, satin, chiffon, georgette etc., plain, jacquard, printed and light embroidery. Embroidery and beading should not be too heavy as that causes too much difficulty and waste in cutting. We are now selling for spring/summer 2009. Strong colours are coming into fashion for next summer, such as red, crimson, purple, green, turquoise and gold. Garment designers in Taiwan follow European trends in choosing colours, patterns and composition. Our buyers are interested in novel fashion fabrics for young women rather than more traditional designs. We would like to receive from you samples according to the above guidelines. Fabric samples should be well presented on cards or hangers and big enough for buyers to see the whole pattern and appreciate the feel and drape of the cloth. Please send us a US dollar price list for the samples, with prices including our 10% agency commission. As soon as we receive your samples, we will start showing them to our clients.
