We are not big producers but from many years we are working only for quality, We produce all Doc wines: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Euganean Hills Red ( Merlot with Cabernet Franc), Chardonnay, Serprino ( a local sparkling wine very kind and similar to Prosecco) and others. | ||||||

 | Colli Euganei Merlot Doc 2004 Wine Bottle This red ruby coloured wine originates from vineyards called “Stradella”. The smell is intense and dry, the taste is soft, round and lightly herbaceous. To be served with noodles, pasta and beans, white meat. Like Cabernet Franc since 1870 it is cultivated in the Euganean Hills area.. 13,00 % vol. | |||||

 | Colli Euganei Rosso Doc 01/01 2002 Wine Bottle This wine is obtained from the best grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Franc cultivated in our vineyards at “La Mincana”. After the racking it remains for 12 months into small oak barrels where it refines its peculiarities. Then it is bottled and after a further refining period of 3-4 months it is ready to be tasted. Its best coupling is to be served with roast, grilled meat and game. 13,00 % vol. | |||||
