Assists supply chain with supplier screening activities. QUALITY CONTROL Custom designed 'supplier quality program' defining the required processes and systems to ensure quality control. Interfaces with suppliers and engineering during new product development to address component manufacturability and quality concerns. Generate, maintain, and evaluate supplier quality reports, and initiate appropriate actions to establish an acceptable baseline for assigned suppliers. INSPECTION Pre production check. During production inspection. Final random inspection. Production and schedule monitoring. AUDITING Number of employees by category. Number of workers at which processes. Skills of workers - structure of the factory. Identification of the Ownership structure of the factory. Ensuring the factory's ability to manufacture the products required. Equipment list (size, specifications). Manufacturing capabilities. Outsourced processes. Carbon emissions and pollution. Social accountability standards assessment such as child labour, working hours etc. LOGISTICS We work with a selection of Chinese forwarders, located in all major ports across the greater China region (Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mainland China), and contract through several brokers and carriers to find the best rate for your shipment. For more urgent orders, we can air ship the product to you through freight forwarders that have long-term contracts with us at favourable rate. The typical transition time is about 7 days. We also offer expedited services through FEDEX, TNT, and some Chinese companies, and the transition time is from 3 to 5 work days. | ||||||
