We work with you as - Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Agents : As a clearing and forwarding agent we provide services that include:- (a) For Containerized cargo:- 1 Clearing all type of documents from the Customs. 2 To arrange for Containers from Shipping line. 3 On receipt of written requisition of customer, we can arrange for transportation, moving out empty containers to the factory for stuffing of cargo. 4 Handling the cargo in port looks after it until stuffing and keeps in touch with exporter. 5 Advising the principal on the vessel planned with ETA & ETD and cut off time of the vessel. 6 Keeping the principal informed about the Shipping movement and keep touch with Shipping lines. 7 Preparation of dummy B/L for approval from the principal, after receiving approval, prepares and releases the original B/L (after the sailing of vessel and receipt of ocean freight cheque from the principal. 8 As per the principal request we also do any other documentation or customs formalities. (b) For Bulk and Break Bulk cargo:- 1 Receiving the goods from the factories of premises of the principal of his agents. 2 Warehousing of goods. 3 Receiving dispatch orders from the principal. 4 Arranging dispatch of goods as per the direction of the principal by engaging transport on his own through the authorized transporters of the principal. 5 Arranging a vessel if required. 6 Clearing all the formalities of customs and port authority.
