| About this company : The Bamboo Factory (TBF) is a 100% foreign-owned, Vietnam-based company manufacturing highquality flooring products out of Bamboo in northern Vietnam. TBF is a subsidiary of the Apple Tree Group: .appletree-asia. The Bamboo Factory mainly produces bamboo flooring and bamboo panels in northern Vietnam in accordance to international standards and exports 95% of its production. Bamboo flooring compares favourably to, and even exceeds, the most popular, stable and durable of the hardwood flooring materials. In addition to durability and stability, bamboo is attractive for its natural beauty and the fact that it doesn't contribute to the depletion of our hardwood resources. Bamboo is a natural, renewable resource that can be responsibly harvested every three years. Thus we apply European standards in production such as Pr EN 14354, En120, En319…. Our engineered bamboo flooring is prefinished flooring made of 2 mm bamboo wear layer over a FSC MDF and balancing paper, using a virtually formaldehyde-free adhesive. This floor can be "floated", an installation process where the planks are glued to each other and not to the subfloor. - Flooring is laminated horizontally with 7 bamboo strips which give the appearance of flattened bamboo canes. The prepared strips of bamboo are turned on edge and carefully arranged before being pressed together in a single layer. - Construction : Bamboo + MDF + Balancing paper. - Dimension : 900 mm x 128 mm x 10 mm and 1,170 mm x 100 mm x 10 mm AVAILABLE PER REQUEST - 8 layers UV lacquer coating - other colors per request - customized packaging | |||||
