![]() | Fruit JAM The special selection of fruits is boiled under low temperature of 60 degrees centigrade in vacuum chambers. After the process is finished, the hot jam leaves the vacuum chamber and goes to the filling machines. There, under low speed of filling the jam is placed in the unique small jars displayed.
