Our offer is as follows: Product: Used Rail Tracks Composition: Non- Metal impurities total 1% (One Percent) or Less- no Radiation. Mn: 0.75 1.25; C: 0.710.84; Si: 0.18 0.55; S: 0.045Max; P: 0.035Max; AS:0.01% Max of Mass Share; AND Cr: Residual. Length of Contract: 12 months. Quantity: Over 10,800,000 Tons. Price: US$190.00 P/MT (C.I.F) Any Safe Port . Terms of Payment: By T/T after two (2) weeks of delivery. Buyer shall make payment to the seller via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) within (14) days after the arrival of the goods at the destination port and the Bill of lading and other shipping documents handed over to the buyer by the seller. Delivery Schedule: 25 30 days Maximum for first shipment after signing Sales/Purchase Agreement. Length: 12.5 Meters long. Origin: Accra Ghana West Africa. Packaging: Rails must be cut in your specification maximum 1.5 Meter to fit Break Bulk Shipment.We will discuss with your company about cutting of the materials on arrival of the buyer here in Ghana for inspection of the materials. Inspection: Quantity, Quality and weight be conducted at the loading Port by SGS or equivalent at Sellers Expense. Condition of Product: No heavy rust. The Used Track Rail is clean without slag, dross, trash, wood, plastic, alloy, prohibited goods. Any discussion not available before the LOI, and we not request to change any items in the payment terms. Therefore we need the buyers copy image of his/her international passport so we can issue the letter of invitation so he can fly in as soon as possible so you can sign the contract with my company and close the deal. We are ready with all (paper, FCO) of this offer at our hand, all original photos allowed but this available only after the LOI/ICPO. The final Contract must be signed in the end seller country so we need to receive the end buyer passport image copy so we can issue the letter of invitation. We now await your immediate response with full and complete LOI/ICPO in order to process any further needs or to send an FCO or Contract.
