     Cuber System Cuber System 250 / 250W

The Model 250 Cuber will handle materials with a larger particle size, reducing grinding costs. It does not use steam or heat. Materials enter the die chamber and are forced through the die at 7,500 to 10,000 p.s.i., friction generates heat up to 180º Fahrenheit. Dwell time (the time it takes material to travel through a single die) is 6 to 8 seconds.

Capable of operating 20-24 hours a day, 7 days a week; Can process materials such as paper, newsprint, cardboard, wood waste, municipal solid waste and sludge waste at rates of four to seven metric tons per hour per cuber.
