| About this company : Alubond Roison Building Technology Company was established on June 21, 2004 as an affiliated enterprise of Uzbek-American Joint Venture Roison Electronics in Tashkent city, Uzbekistan. Our principal activity is the manufacture of the modern construction products - ALUBOND aluminum composite panels. Nowadays, owing to manufacture of quality products, we’ve become the biggest manufacturer of the construction products among CIS countries. Being a manufacturer of ALUBOND aluminum composite panels, we give warranties: 10 years for PE-covering (Al thickness: 0.12 - 0.21 mm), 20 years for PVDF-covering (Al thickness: 0.35 - 0.50 mm). Our business policy is oriented on the search of new methods and technologies, strength in perfection of the production and variety of output products.  | Aluminum composite panels Alubond PVDF and PE Warranties on our Aluminum Composite Panels Alubond (ISO 9001: 2000): 20 yrs Warranty for PVDF Coating, & 10 yrs Warranty for PE Coating. Our products possess: 1. Stability for External Factors. Even after 10-year using, our ACPs keep their primary color on the outside & polish remaining in norm more than in 85%. 2. Stability to Corrosion & Chemical Reagents. Series of propose products were under saline probation in the moist circumstances, acid & alkaline probation, & probation with chemical reagents, which confirmed that fluorocarbon cover is stably for corrosion & chemical inspiration. 3. Stability to Dynamic Influence. The cover is durable & breach-resistant. Due to flexibility & stability to dynamic influence, it is difficult to damage the cover; therefore cover maintains impact & pressure. 4. Resistance to Pollution. Fluorocarbon cover practically isn't exposed to pollution. In order to clean the panels it is necessary to wash them with medium rush of water stream or to clean with a soft fabric. 5. High Durability & Low Weight. Aluminum composite panels are made of high-quality aluminum & plastic with using of high technologies. They have first class by the wind load. Weighting only 3-6 kg/SQM, panels are easily mounted. 6. Thermo Insulation Properties & Thermal Expansion. At rather small thickness & uniformity of plastic core, aluminum composite panels are thermoinsulative material. Thermal expansion is determined by aluminum sheets. The actual factor of linear expansion makes 2.4 mm/m/100k. Stability to temperature is from -40C to +80C. 7. Acoustic Characteristic & Sound Insulation. Usage of aluminum composite panels in ventilated fronts considerably increases sound insulation. Sound insulation of the wall made of lightweight concrete increases in two times. At the average sound-absorbing factor is a(s) =0.05 for panel of any thickness. Sound-absorbing factor for panels with plastic core thickness 4 mm is R=25 dB.
