BULK DRUG & INTERMEDIATES Gayatri pharmachem produces a high range of bulk drugs including Nicorandil, Procyclidine HCL etc. MANUFACTURING UTILITIES Gayatri Pharmachem’s in-house manufacturing plant is equipped with SS 316 reactors ranging from 100L to 500L with two 50L and one 200L glass-lined reactors. Other equipment includes: • One 200L distillation unit • Two 50L glass distillation assemblies • Chilling plant for carrying out low-temperature reactions • DM Water Plant for process utilization As well as this, the company has a good drying unit equipped with one SS tray dryer, a pulverize, blending units and efficient gas scrubbing systems. INGREDIENT TESTING FACILITIES Gayatri Pharmachem has an excellent analytical laboratory and is equipped with testing facilities including gas chromatography and thin layer chromatography. Each ingredient is carefully tested, checked, analyzed and approved by the analytical section before being dispatched. The products are subject to rigid tests from production through to final packaging. The laboratory is equipped with quality-testing equipment and quality standards are constantly upgraded as per the latest international codes.
