Spinning Unit. New spinning unit of 18500 spindles have been installed for making poly cotton and cotton yarn. Sizing Unit Sizing Machine: Sucker Muller – Double size box (Double dip, Double squeeze) Warper : Benninger (High speed warper) Weaving Unit A: Sulzer 112 looms in 153, 130" and 110" inches. Contracted: 150 autolooms contracted for making fabric. Made - Ups Unit Fully equipped made-ups unit with highly trained Professional staff to co-op with the complicated Stitching of made ups . We are specialized in Textile made-Ups Bed sheets Pillowcases Bolsters Duvets Fitted Sheets Valance Sheets Matressprotectors Table Covers Tea Towels Napkins Aprons Curtains Laundry Bags and other items. Garments Unit We are specialize in woven garments like Sleeping Suits Doctor’s Coats Patient Gowns Scrubs Boxer Shirts Night gowns Bermudas Shirts Future Planning We have a plan to install our own PROCESSING UNIT in next one/two year.
