| About this company : We have pride in presenting our products of appreciable quality, that compose our line. The “ARTISAN CACHAÇA” the typical Brazilian sugar cane spirit known as "Cachaça", the main spirit of the Brazilian cocktail drink known as "Caipirinha", “MELADO” and “CANDY OF RAPADURA”, derivatives of the sugar cane juice. Natural products, as the proper name suggests, are those that, even so submitted the certain level of processing, preserves the original conditions, being offered to the human consumption without necessity of other artificial resources. The sugar cane brandy (cachaça) is produced in a new artisan distillery from our selected sugar cane which is daily cut, squeezed and the juice is fermented with selected yeast. The cachaça is stored and aged in barrels made of noble wood, treated with care, guaranteeing the quality, the smell and taste characteristic of a fine and delicate drink. Amongst these they are “rapadurinha” and “melado”, derived from the sugar cane juice, products of rich nutritional value. RAPADURA and the MELADO OF SUGAR CANE: Beyond flavorful, melado and rapadura of sugar cane is natural, rich power plants in calories, indicated for people of all the ages, reason by which wide is used as alimentary complement in the menu prepared in day-care centers, schools, industries, etc. Both contain high indices of iron, calcium, potassium, carbo-hydrate, leave minerals and vitamins, intervening with the formation and growth of bones and teeth, performance of the vision, in the resistance and defense the infections, beyond assisting the basic balance of the organism. The iron is essential in the formation of the hemoglobin, primordial in the transport of oxygen for the cells. The iron lack, mainly in women in gestation and children, can cause the anemia. Essential nutrient in the formation of bones and teeth, also attributes to calcium functions controllers of the nervous and muscular system. The deficiencies of calcium in the organism result in rachitis and osteoporosis, leaving the fragile bones and most porous. We are a small producing industry of sugar cane brandy “cachaça” located in Brazil, our monthly production of cachaça is of 15.000 liters with alcoholic graduation of 42º vol. We have in supply about 50.000 liters of cachaça, stored and aged in barrels made of noble wood, barrels of jequitibá (native noble tree of Brazil), and also 30,000 kg of Melado and 800 kgs of Rapadura.
