Services We Offer: 1spection sevice: We may random check the goods for quantity, workmanship, color, size specification, function, packing and ect. before shipment to ensure the goods shipped is conformed to your requirements to minimize the transaction risks and to make your business safer in China 1)Pre-production Inspection: a visual check on the quality of components, material, and finished products at the beginning of production against client's specifications and /or reference sample. 2)During Production Inspection: a visual check on the quality of components, material, semi-finished and finished products when at least 20%-30% of the order has been completed. 3)Pre-shipment Inspection: it takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment. 4)Loading Supervision: Our inspectors will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check product's information, quality, package when loading,supervise the whole loading process and manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process. 5)Plant Evaluation Customer may wonder before an order is placed to a new factory. It would be better to know more about the factory before they place the order.  | pre-shipment inspection It takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment. Our inspectors draw a random sample of finished products. Sample is drawn based on a statistical sampling method, most commonly ANSI/ASQCE1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001 and etc. We check QUANTITY, MATERIAL, WORKMANSHIP, COLOR, SIZE SPECIFICATIONS, FUNCTION, SHIPPING MARK AND PACKING DETAILS, all with a concern to meet the contract, Purchase Order, confirmed samples or specifications. After inspection, we will issue our inspection report to customers together with some digital photos taken on-site when inspecting. After reviewing our inspection reports, customers will make decision whether the goods can be shipped or not. The ordinary procedure of Final Random Inspection is as follows: a)Quantity Check b)Sampling c)Compare with submitted samples/P.O. information/specification/instruction manual d)Workmanship(Here, an acceptable quality level is adopted which sets a numerical limit for the acceptance of defects in the sampled lot based on critical, major or minor problems. e)Data Measurement(including function test) f)Packing g)Shipping Mark | |||||
