| About this company : History : Co., Ltd. Has been found in March 1996, business registered license No. 566/GP-UB granted in Mar. 4th, 1996, specializing in high quality lacquerware, wooden carved products and other handicrafts. The factory is located at 198 – Vo Thi Sau St., Dist. 3, HCMC, Viet Nam in an area of 1,500 sqm. From the start, TAY SON Co., Ltd. Has settled up at the same place the following : ·0 01 management office with accounting, personel, sales, planning, production, technical design, controlling, packaging and forwarding divisions. ·1 01 showroom with professional sales staffs. ·2 01 factory with experienced, talented artisans and skilled workers gathered by group : Painting, Inlaying mother-of-pearl, Inlaying eggshell, Lacquer coating, polishing etc… Total number of employees at first is 96, today 197. After years of operation, Co. has gradually strengthened and developed production and business. In 2001, the company has built another factory at Thong Nhat Commune, Dong Nai province in an area of 30,000 sqm of which the production area is 2,000 sqm. In order to fulfill our customers demands, we have moved the factory to Cu Chi province, which is nearer than the one in Dong Nai province and the capacity of this new premises is much larger. As planned, the company has invested to increase personel as well as equipment for production to meet punctual requirement of the currently increasing orders. Company has been highly evaluated by customers the artisticly skilled workmanship and high quality of products, good service and professional delivery by sea or by air. Currently ’s Showroom has been reached the quality management system conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000 in respect of “ Introducing and supplying Vietnamese high-quality handicrafts” . The Certificate of Approval No V/ 02014 is issued by QMS Australia on Nov. 18, 2002. Handicrafts Showroom’s motto is : “Tay Son, the pride of Vietnam handicrafts” Company’s exported products : 1. Home furnishing : Lacquered or wooden furniture, cabinet, mini-bar, partitions with or no mother-of-pearl or eggshell inlay. 2. Tableware or kitchenware : Lacquer bowl, tray, serving plate, charger, dinner set, coasters, placemats, pot, flower vase, box etc.. of various kinds. 3. Gifts or decorated things : Lacquer picture, hangwalls, decorative fan etc.. with lacquer or eggshell or mother-of-pearl inlay. 4.
