Soybean Flour General Name: Soy Flour Defatted Soybean Powder Soybean flour is high quality protein made from high quality pollution-free non-gmo soybean,The content of protein is over 52%. Soybean flour can be easily digested and absorbed for supplementing the necessary protein and amino acid in time. Applications 1.Bakery or toast products processing:Soybean flour can be used as a thickening agent in gravies and sauces, or it can be added to baked goods .
