Neither short fiber reinforced (SFRTP) nor unreinforced thermoplastics can match this performance combination. A unique and proprietary manufacturing process allows fiber concentration up to 60 percent of the total weight of the material. PLASTRON grades perform the very high mechanical properties and also are easy processed with its high flow and enable the material change from the metals, FRP to support your design innovation. PLASTRON has the wider grade range and provides you the best material solution. Structural Both stiffness and toughness can be balanced with many mechanical performance using Glass and Carbon Fiber also. Electrical High-grade Stainless Filament provides excellent semi-conductivity and EMI shielding performance. Also PLASTRON can be colored unlikely Carbon or Carbon Fiber filled materials.
